Wheelhouse Realty owns and operates rental properties in Newport and Washington Counties, Rhode Island. Our business caters to both summer and winter rental markets in both regions. We accomodate weekly bookings in Narragansett, while monthly, or full season rentals, are mandated by local Newport regulations.

Meet the Wheelhouse team:

Joshua Frederickson, Co-owner

Josh is a long-time resident of Rhode Island. He is intimately familiar with the Narragansett and Newport areas and has spent several years in the village of Wickford, before moving to the East Side of Providence, where he now resides. Josh is a jack of all trades, master of none, has a natural ability to solve problems and always goes the extra mile for Wheelhouse clients!

David McCue, Co-owner

David is also a long-time resident of the Ocean State. He currently resides in the East Side of Providence where he travels to clients regularly on Aquidneck Island, and throughout New England. David brings to Wheelhouse a tremendous skillset of engineering, plumbing, and electrical expertise, and of course that keen eye for detail that makes each Wheelhouse property so special!
